Our South Lake Tahoe vacation home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood in Pioneer Trail with a peek of the Lake views...lots of trees, spacious landscaped yard and close to everything...golfing, biking, hiking, skiing,snow-parks, snowmobile's, tennis, parks, skate park, casinos, beaches, boating, shopping, groceries, convenient stores, churches, schools, summer Sunday flea market nearby, drive or bike to a lot of places nearby.
Our home has four bedrooms (2 upstairs and 2 down, with one of the bedrooms downstairs converted into a family room with queen sofa-bed), 2 large full-baths (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), with a complete full service kitchen, dining room and living area with gas fireplace, a deck upstairs with partial Lake view,Hot Tub and Gas BBQ, a deck downstairs leads to large backyard. It has 2-car garage, and long driveway that can fit 2-3 more cars. It is in close proximity to ski areas: Heavenly Resort and Sierra Ski Resort & Kirkwood.
