Once received this automatically converts to a security/damage deposit. Any damage to the premises, furnishings, household items, equipment, etc., is the responsibility of the tenant. If no damage occurs, a full refund will occur within 14 days. Payment: Full payment is required within 15 days of Check-In (60 days during Christmas or New Year’s season). Failure to submit timely payment will result in forfeiture of Reservation Deposit and Reservation will be terminated immediately.

Cancellation Policy: If cancellation occurs within 45 days of Check-In, full refund will be given otherwise deposit will be forfeited. However, Reservation Deposit may be secured if a future “reservation” is made within three months of original Check-In.

Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice. NO SMOKING: If violation occurs, Security Deposit will be forfeited. Pets are permitted with a $100 non-refundable deposit.
