Our pleasantly decorated 7 bedroom Lake Tahoe vacation lodge comes with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed and a sofa sleeper to accommodate 18 vacationers comfortably. All the bedrooms of this Lake Tahoe vacation rental for 14 flaunts different pastel shaded walls. Walk up the stairs or take the elevator into the spacious great room of this child friendly lodge vacation rental, which is painted in bright red/ brown hues with soaring picture windows and views of Heavenly Mountain slopes and the lake. For your indoor entertainment, it includes facilities such as flat screen TV, DVD player, VCR and high speed Internet access. From the living room turn towards the large kitchen area with top of the line stainless steel appliances.The kitchen's earthen toned granite breakfast counters creates additional dining space. This plus the 12-seater dining table can accommodate up to 18 guests. During summer, the decks provide more space for additional entertainment. Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. 2 nt minimum except peak season /holidays. Thanksgiving at $1200/nt 4 nt min.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $1000.00 is refundable within ten days of departure if property is left without any damages or excessive dirt.

Rules: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum deposit is $1000.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival date.
