Our splendid 6 bedroom Lake Tahoe vacation lodge boasts soaring cathedral ceilings, 9 ft and 10 ft ceilings on the lower floors and is a whole resort on its own. To let 16 vacationers sleep comfortably, it comes with a king-size bed, a double bed, double futon and a queen-size sofa sleeper. These bedrooms are beautifully furnished featuring comfortable pillow top mattresses and luxury linen and bedding. The six aptly fitted bathrooms include showers and bathtubs for your convenience. Walk up the stairs into the upper level great room with a huge river rock fireplace and massive picture windows, opening to a huge deck. For your in house entertainment, this child friendly lodge vacation rental provides facilities such as flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, high speed Internet access and games in the living room. The kitchen has a granite island/bar, equipped with high quality appliances and is amply furnished with all kitchen accessories to delight the best of gourmet chefs. And best of all, meals can be comfortably served on a 12-seater dining table and six seater bar. Have fun in the ground floor entertainment area where you can splash into a private indoor heated pool for your early morning exercise and then choose between the steam room or sauna to warm-up. Next watch movies in the family room/ theater off the pool area, featuring reclining theater seating and a 106 inch screen. Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. 2 night min. execpt during peak and Holiday seasons. Thanksgiving Wk at $900/night.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $1000.00 is refundable within ten days of departure if property is left without any damages or excessive dirt.

Rules: All reservations are subject to a housekeeping fee of $200.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival date.
