All the bedrooms of this Lake Tahoe vacation rental for 8 are superbly furnished. There are separate shower and a jacuzzi bath for ultimate relaxation. Charming living room of this child friendly lodge vacation rental features facilities such as flat screen TV, cable TV, satellite TV and wireless Internet access for the in house enjoyment of the entire family. The island kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, granite slab countertops with spacious oak cabinets. Spacious great room, with vaulted ceilings finished in log pine accents everywhere for a great Tahoe ambiance. Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Thanksgiving Wk at $450/night. 2 night min. execpt during peak and Holiday seasons. Thanksgiving Wk.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $700.00 is refundable after ten days after keys are mailed back if property is left without any damages or excessive dirt.

Rules: All rentals require a security deposit. The minimum deposit is $700.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival date.
