Our delightful 4 bedroom Lake Tahoe vacation chalet comes with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, a double bed, twin bed, a queen-size futon and a queen-size sofa sleeper to accommodate 12 vacationers comfortably. All the bedrooms are understated and elegantly furnished. They command stunning outside views as well. The three bathrooms are adequately furnished with showers and bathtubs. Rest in the spacious bedrooms which feature pillow capped, thick bed mattresses for ultimate sleeping comfort. A king sized bed and rocking chair adds additional relaxation. The well arranged living room of this child friendly chalet vacation rental features facilities such as flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player and wireless Internet access for your entertainment. There is a fully equipped kitchen to cater to your culinary needs. Our Lake Tahoe vacation rental for 10 will provide enjoyment for up to 12 and the garage can accommodate 2 cars. Conveniently located, this golf Lake Tahoe chalet vacation rental is one mile away from the boat launching ramp and 10 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort. Guests are provided exclusive access to the Tahoe Keys Recreation Center that features a community pool, tennis, and basketball courts.

Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. 2 night min. execpt during peak and Holiday seasons. Thanksgiving Wk at $475/night.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50%) of deposit is refundable is the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival for any reason and within 60 days of arrival for weekly Holiday bookings. Security deposit of $800.00 is refundable after ten days after keys are mailed back if property is left without any damages or excessive dirt.

Rules: ll rentals require a security deposit. The minimum deposit is $800.00 but may be made higher due to special circumstances. The security deposit must be paid together with the payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) 30 days before arrival date.
