Christmas & New Years rent by the week, $2400 + city room taxes, for seven nights.Rental Rates include bath towels,kitchen towels,bed linens,blankets,pillows,bed spreads.Limited house cleaning service is provided on the last day of the rental period. See our rental agreement for details. !0% city room taxes + $1.50 per day on top of rents quoted. Pet charges are $25 per day per pet + city taxes. High season rates apply to all National Holiday Periods with a three day minimum rental of $700 + tax.
Cancellation Policy: The security deposit and rents paid in advance,may not be refunded if the cancelation request is made less then two weeks before the scheduled rental dates. However,It is the Owner's standard practice, to refund all moneys if the dates canceled are re-rented by other parties. There is no refund made, if the renter's have to vacate the premises before their scheduled departure date.
