Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars. January – March $600/night ($3500/week-$13,000/mo). April – May $400/night ($2000/week). June -$600/night ($4000/week-$12,000/mo). July – August $700/night ($4900/week-$16,000/mo). September $500/night ($3000/week-$12,000/mo). October – December$400/night ($2800/week-$12,000/mo).

Cancellation Policy: 60 or more days - Full Refund. 45-60 day - 1/2 Refund. Less than 45 days - No Refund.

Rules: No Pets & No Smoking.
